A 24 v 206 traction battery rests on nylon rollers for easy and quick battery shifting. The hydraulic system consists of a 2 kw lift pump motor, solenoid operated lift and lowering valve and adjustable relief with isi marked wire braid reinforced hoses. The brake is electromagnetic type acting on drive motor, also applied as parking brake.
